Losing Weight can be harmful
or even dangerous.

a Senior Citizen or have hypertension, Type II Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Joint Problems, cancer or other diseases it is
important to be treated by a physician trained in treatment of overweight, obesity and all related diseases.
If
you have to cut calories drastically, buy special food,take injections, take certain advertised supplements or follow a rigid program you might have quick weight loss but most likely it will be regained with even more.
For permanent weight loss: Change your eating habits
and lifestyle to something you can do the rest of your life.
Learn to read labels on every food you eat.
Find calorie count, Carb Count, Protein and Fiber.
Cut sugary beverages. Avoid foods sweetened with
High Fructose Corn syrup.
Do not buy low fat foods. They usually are high in carbohydrates so they will taste
good.
Avoid eating Out as much as possible.
Take-out, restaurant or convenience foods are mostly loaded with high calories and carbohydrates,
preservatives, flavorings, etc. that will make you want to eat more.
Get adequate protein, cut carbohydrates
as much as possible, eat healthy fats, such as Olive Oil, Unrefined coconut oil, real butter, etc. Eat eggs. Cook and
eat at home.
Avoid pre-packaged manufactured foods which are so convenient to serve but so unhealthy
to eat!
If you begin making the above changes, you will see a quick improvement in how you feel and
how you look.
In addition to changing
eating habits, begin an exercise routine. Start slowly and increase a little at a time. Build your muscles.
You will feel better and lose more weight.
